Rules and Regulations

1. Restricted Areas – No trespassing on lakefront properties without owner permission. The dam is off-limits except to authorized individuals.

2. Greenspace Use – Open to all members of the Lake Ivanhoe Community Club and residents of the Lake Ivanhoe community.  This property is not open to the public.

3. Lake Use – Lake access is for active members and lakefront property owners only.  No water activities after dark.  Only non-motorized boats and boats with battery-powered motors are allowed.

4. Fishing – Follow catch and release policy.

5. Environment – Do not dump yard waste, trash, or chemicals into the lake.  No littering.

6. Guests – Members and residents are responsible for their guests at all times.

7. Conduct - Good sportsmanship and respectful behavior are expected at all times.
