Established in 1962 by the developer of the Lake Ivanhoe Subdivision, membership in Lake Ivanhoe Community Club consists of the owners of the residential properties, developed in single family detached homes, in the Lake Ivanhoe Subdivision and being described as the area of land in Land Lot 260 of the 18th District of Dekalb County, Georgia, known as Lake Ivanhoe Subdivision. Active Membership: dues-paying property owners with voting privileges.
In-active Membership: non dues-paying property owners without voting privileges.
Reinstatement of Active Membership: In-active members may be considered active upon payment.
We encourage all of our members to become active members to help us meet our project and community goals.

The community property consists of Lake Ivanhoe, the dam, the spillway, the property between the dam and the center line of Webb Road, and the lot (greenspace) - divided by the creek - at the south end of the lake along Rotherwood Drive. Please reference the map above.
The Annual Meeting is held once a year in the spring to provide updates to all members on Club activities and projects.
The Board of Directors determine the dues amount necessary annually for the functioning of the Club, including its general financial obligations, taxes, repairs, improvements, etc.
Dues are payable by April 1st of each year. The dues are for the calendar year January 1 through December 31 of each year.
Members may make quarterly payments upon arrangement with the Board.
